Hours of operation: 9 am to 3 pm Monday through Friday Closed Saturdays and Sundays and Holidays The Cache Valley Family Center provides support for families and playgroups. We have a lending library of parenting books, audio tapes, video tapes and audio CD’s. We also have free pamphlets on parenting skills. We also have ideas for children’s activities and teaching literacy and numeracy. We have a large collection of educational toys to loan. We have a large collection of children’s books including board books, big books, books with tapes, books in Spanish, stories on video tape and picture books. We make monthly scholastic book club orders available to families who want to purchase inexpensive books for their homes. We offer classes in the evening in parenting skills. Every Wednesday at 10:30 am we have preschool story time. This includes a lesson, a story, songs and chants and a make it take it home craft. Our services are free for families. Preschoolers and parents are welcome to explore our center.
